Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times vary by region:
Karachi & Hyderabad: 2 business days
Interior Sindh: 2 – 4 business days
Punjab (Major Cities): 3 – 5 business days
Interior Punjab: 4 – 6 business days
KPK & Gilgit: 5 – 7 business days
Although we aim to meet these delivery timelines, delays can sometimes happen due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays. In rare situations, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks.
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 3 weeks, please reach out to us so we can quickly look into the matter and resolve it for you.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status directly through Courier’s tracking portal.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders exceeding PKR 10,000, we require a partial or full advance payment prior to dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Re-Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect information or unavailability, a re-delivery attempt will be made. The customer will be responsible for the delivery charges of the second dispatch.
