- What materials do you use for various apparel types?
For t-shirts, we use high quality 200-240 GSM 100% cotton. Our signature sweatshirts and hoodies are made from 380 GSM 80/20 Cotton/Poly fleece. Denim jackets and coats utilize 12oz lightweight denim.
- How are ElfaSpace pieces priced?
Our product ranges start from PKR 2,000 for basic t-shirts going up to PKR 3,000 for signature jackets and hoodies. Custom prints may incur extra costs.
Customization
How can I request a customized design?
Share concepts over WhatsApp at 0311 1622727 along with product pictures you wish to customize. Also welcome to directly message images of desired prints, graphics or illustrations via Instagram, Facebook or email.
What customizations do you offer?
We specialized in customized 3D digital direct-to-fabric prints to transfer your unique artwork onto t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets etc. Provide any concepts!
Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take across Pakistan?
Custom printed t-shirts take 5-6 working days while readymade pieces dispatch within 4-5 working days nationwide.
Can I track my order?
Certainly! We update order statuses and share tracking links via SMS, WhatsApp and email for your convenience.
Payments
What payment options do you offer?
Options include cash on delivery, bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash. For custom orders, kindly submit PKR 500 advance through EasyPaisa / JazzCash or bank transfer along with order details.

Returns/Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We allow easy returns and exchanges within 7 days only if a manufacturing defect is present. Please note custom printed orders can only be exchanged if major quality issues are observed upon receiving.
